Returns Policy

 

At Lowkey, we always strive to provide the highest quality goods, however, in situations where a return is requested, they are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us via email at customer.services@keepitlowkey.co.uk and provide the reason why you wish to return the items and our customer services team will be in touch within 24 hours.

Should you wish to make a return, please ensure your goods are returned in perfect condition, unused and unwashed within 28 days. Please return goods in all of their original packaging and a copy of your receipt. Returns postage is to be paid by the buyer and is non-refundable by Lowkey unless the goods were damaged or the incorrect item was delivered.

Once Lowkey has received the returned goods, we will issue a refund to the amount of the price of the goods through the payment method used when the purchase was made.

Please note: We cannot refund for goods received greater than 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights and vouchers will be given whenever possible. Return postage, packaging and insurance costs cannot be refunded. We are only able to refund or replace for items we receive back and as such recommend that registered postal service be used.

If a refund is requested while goods are in transit or after a delivery has been attempted and missed, Lowkey must receive the item back before a refund can be issued. This is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure goods are safely returned and to cover the costs of return postage.

If your goods are damaged in transit and apparent on delivery, please sign the delivery note (stating that the goods are damaged) and report this damage to us within 10 days to arrange collection and return. Once we have received the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the price of the goods through the payment method used by you when purchasing.
